Caerffynnon has a small modern equipt kitchen, a separate dining room and a sizeable living room with flat screen TV and DVD.

The cottage is located at the centre of the farm surrounded by green meadows and a maze of traditional stone walls. Free fishing is provided on a mile of the Nantcol River.

A large hallway with stairs leading up to four sizeable bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 singles) and a bathroom with bath and shower.

The house has an oil-fired central heating throughout and additional electric fires for that extra comfort. At the front, there is an established lawn garden with ample parking space at the rear.

Caerffynnon farmhouse is uniquely position literally between mountain and sea with Dyffryn beach 2 miles west and the rugged Rhinog range 2 miles east – the best of both worlds!
